Jeremiah

Jeremiah received the words from God which he shared with the people of Jerusalem as they were under seige by hostile forces. Those forces would eventually seize Jerusalem, burn it and send the king, priests, prophets, and other high status people to Babylon. There they would have to wait for 70 years before they were allowed to return to their city and resume their life and their relationship with God.
