Because central Indiana is expected to see tens of thousands of visitors we are providing some fun and uplifting activities so that guests can stay around for a while to enjoy games on the lawn, including a bounce house, a gospel concert by Bryan and Yvonne Hutson, lunch and dinner, plus an informational and safety message to help guests understand what will be happening and how to safely enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime event. Registration fees include two meals, a pair of eclipse viewing safety glasses, and activities. There will be a free will offering for our gospel artists as well as a chance to buy CDs from the artists. Here is a schedule for the day:

  • 10:00-2:00 Welcome and register guests
  • 12:30 Lunch provided
  • 1:00-1:30 Short presentation on the total solar eclipse phenomenom, including safety information
  • 1:30-1:45 Bryan and Yvonne Hutson will provide a sample of their concert to follow the event
  • 1:45-3:30 Solar eclipse viewing

  • 4:00-5:00 Concert by gospel artists Bryan and Yvonne Hutson
